Purchase

Making purchases in the Pulanna online store is very easy. Select the goods you want to buy and place them in the “basket”. Then provide your personal information, select a delivery and payment method. You will receive confirmation of your order by email.

Payment

You can pay for your purchases in the Pulanna online store through a bank link (Swedbank, SEB, LHV Pank, Nordea, Danskebank, Krediidipank), bank transfer or by credit card.

The payment is made in a safe environment outside the online store. If you pay by bank link, the payment is made in a safe environment of a respective bank; if you pay by credit card – in a safe payment environment, Stripe, ESTO, Maksekeskus.

The Pulanna online store has no access to customer’s bank details or credit card.

Returns & Exchange

You have the right to return your goods within 14 days.

The condition and packing of the goods must be as they were at the moment of delivery. We take back only unused goods in original packing. You must also attach the invoice (bill of dispatch), which is also a guarantee certificate.

The payment for returned goods shall be made by bank transfer within 2-6 days. You can accelerate the refund of your money by specifying your current account on the order form.

All legal relations arising during the purchase of goods in the Pulanna online store are governed by the Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus), Consumer Protection Act and other regulatory acts in force in the Republic of Estonia.
